The staff were genuinely caring and attentive throughout our stay. We loved the access to the heated pools at the nearby resort, and the pool itself was really nice and clean. The breakfast had lots of options, and we always left satisfied.

Extremely friendly and efficient reception staff. The only really positive thing about this hotel.

Very familiar. Corridors dirty. Wall paint very worn. Bathroom door could not be closed. Wash basin totally cracked. Looks very well kept from the outside, from the inside it is not worth the price. . Staff in small corner restaurant very inattentive. Rather talked instead of asking the guests about their wishes.

cool and clean place with courteous and extremely great staff at the reception desk. all in all great and stunning setting so close to the marina with bars and restaurants. also, to the beach club near by. the hotel of choice in aqaba.

Really good service and fine views

The staff's warm hospitality stood out. Our room had amazing views of the pool and the beach. We were surprised by traditional sweets left for us daily.

The hotel's distance from the city center required planning for dining out. Although the in-house restaurants were good, options felt limited for more affordable meals nearby.

The location by the sea is beautiful. The complex is huge and offers many different pools. There is a small reef in front of the beach for snorkeling.

Breakfast was not tasty. The plant should be urgently repaired. animators is always yelling at the beach.

Big breakfast buffet with a wide selection of arabic and occidental food

Lack of organisation at the check in/check out, only two employees for all the customers Pool and beach close at 8pm and no activities are organized by the hotel.
